El Banco de la República seguirá funcionando de acuerdo con las normas vigentes no modificadas por la Ley 7º de 1973 y por el presente Decreto y, en consecuencia, no le serán aplicables las disposiciones de los Decretos 1050 y 3130 de 1968, sin perjuicio de las atribuciones adscritas al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y a la Superintendencia Bancaria en el Decreto 2870 de 1968.
