Contrato de fiducia mercantil. De acuerdo con las facultades atribuidas por el artículo 23 de la Ley 1469 de 2011 y el artículo 6° de la Ley 1537 de 2012, Fonvivienda celebrará en condición de fideicomitente, un contrato de fiducia mercantil, para que el patrimonio autónomo que se constituya administre los recursos del subsidio familiar de vivienda de que trata el presente capítulo.
