Article 15

Son Funciones Del Grupo De Pagaduría: A) Percibir Los Ingresos Del Ministerio; B) Elaborar La Nómina Del Ministerio; C) Efectuar Oportunamente El Pago De Los Gastos Y Servicios; D) Guardar Los Valores Y Garantía En La Caja; E) Situar Fondos Y Verificar Su Situación En Las Agencias O Pagadurías Auxiliares; F) Vigilar Las Agencias O Pagadurías Auxiliares; G) Llevar Libros De Caja, Hacer Arqueo Diario Y Rendir Informe Diario; H) Rendir Oportunamente Las Cuentas Que Señale La Contraloría General De La República

Son funciones del Grupo de Pagaduría

a)

Percibir los ingresos del Ministerio;

b)

Elaborar la nómina del Ministerio;

c)

Efectuar oportunamente el pago de los gastos y servicios;

d)

Guardar los valores y garantía en la caja;

e)

Situar fondos y verificar su situación en las agencias o pagadurías auxiliares;

f)

Vigilar las agencias o pagadurías auxiliares;

g)

Llevar libros de caja, hacer arqueo diario y rendir informe diario;

h)

Rendir oportunamente las cuentas que señale la Contraloría General de la República.
