Régimen contractual. Los contratos que celebre Representante Legal de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar, para el cumplimiento de sus fines administrativos y funciones principales, se someterán en lo general a las leyes civiles, comerciales, normas de procedimiento y actuaciones en la función administrativa y a la Ley 80 de 1993. Estatuto de la Contratación Estatal y demás normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
