Los pagos en moneda extranjera que deba realizar el Banco de la República para el normal desarrollo de sus actividades se atenderán con cargo a las reservas internacionales, con sujeción a las cuantías y límites que fije la Junta Directiva.

Autorízase al Banco de la República para que, conforme a las directrices que señale la Junta Directiva, cumpla obligaciones que no correspondan a operaciones de cambio, con cargo a las reservas internacionales.
