Artículo 1º El 3.5% de que trata el artículo 1º del Decreto legislativo 232 de 1983 sobre redistribución de la participación en el impuesto a las ventas, se destinará para el pago de cesantías del personal nacionalizado por la Ley 43 de 1975.
