Art. 1.° El contrato que dará derecho a la subvención de veinte mil pesos ( $ 20,000) por cada seis viajes redondos que se efectúen anualmente desde Valdivia hasta Magangué y desde Zaragoza hasta Magangué, se celebrará en licitación pública verificada con todas las formalidades prescritas en el Código Fiscal.
