° En el mes de noviembre de cada año, la Corte Suprema de Justicia o la entidad que haga sus veces formará a lista de conjueces de que trata la ley. Las conjueces tienen los mismos deberes que los Magistrados y están sujetos a las mismas responsabilidades de éstos. Los servicios que presten los conjueces serán remunerados por la Registradora Nacional del Estado Civil conforme a la tarifa señalada por el Gobierno Nacional.
