Si al llegar los bongos a "Salgar" no hubiere en aquel punto carros o wagones del ferrocarril para conducir la carga a Barranquilla, se mantendrá ésta en los bongos hasta el momento, en que haya de pasarse a aquellos vehículos. Los bongos se mantendrán cerrados i sellados como hayan venido de Nisperal, i ademas se les pondrán otros sellos por el primero o el segundo Jefe del Resguardo.
