Parágrafo 5

del artículo 11 y el artículo 19 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 116 del Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta la Ley 60 de 1993.
