El Poder Ejecutivo impondrá a las empresas públicas de transportes las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 3º de esta Ley, por infracción o retardo en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones señaladas en los artículos 1º, 2º y 3º de la Ley 53 de 1918 .
