La Superintendencia de Sociedades ejercerá las funciones de inspección, control y vigilancia de los Fondos Ganaderos, constituidos o que se constituyan, de conformidad con la presente ley con otras disposiciones especiales que se le sean aplicables y en general con las normas del Código de Comercio.
