No será permitido mantener en las fábricas, empresas o establecimientos, pólvora u otras sustancias inflamables o explosivas, a no ser que sean indispensables por razón del trabajo o profesión en que se ocupan. En este caso, tales materias u objetos serán guardados con las debidas precauciones y con conocimiento de las autoridades.
