Anualmente, al ser formulados los presupuestos de ingresos y egresos, se estimarán las disponibilidades del Instituto y de cada Caja para las inversiones que puedan hacerse en el curso del año. De acuerdo con tales disponibilidades, el Consejo Directivo, previo estudio de los proyectos acordados por tales instituciones, acordará para cada una de ellas el correspondiente presupuesto anual de inversiones, con sujeción a los planes generales de que trata el artículo anterior.
