Con el fin de garantizar la fuente de recursos de los subsidios de que tratan los artículos 164 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 y 215 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, para la vigencia 2022, la proporción a cargo del ICBF que complementa el subsidio otorgado será cubierto con cargo a los recursos de la subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional.
