Art. 185. Cuando un Agente del Ministerio público esté impedido para intervenir en un asunto, lo reemplazará el suplente respectivo. Agotado el número de suplentes, el Juez ó Tribunal nombrará el individuo que deba reemplazarlo; pero el Gobierno puede variar esa designación, y en ese caso, continuará funcionando el nombrado por el Gobierno.
