Vigencia. La presente Ley rige a partir de su promulgación y deroga el artículo 10 de la Ley 155 de 1959 ; los artículos 75 a 77 del Decreto 410 de 1971, los artículos 975 y 976 del Código de Comercio y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
