°. El impuesto de timbre de que trata este Decreto, deberá ser pagado en las oficinas encargadas de recaudar el impuesto municipal. Estas oficinas entregarán, como comprobante de pago, recibos oficinales de caja suministrados por las Administraciones o Recaudaciones de Impuestos Nacionales.
