Es obligación de todas las aeronaves llevar un diario de viajes. Este libro contendrá: 1º Clase de la aeronave, nombre, marca y número: nacionalidad y domicilio del propietario; carga útil de la aeronave 2º Nombres, nacionalidad y domicilió de los pilotos y de cada uno de los tripulantes. Lugar, fecha y hora de partida; itinerario seguido, y todos los incidentes del viaje, inclusive los aterrizajes o acuatizajes intermedios y la llegada al lugar de destino.
