º . Modifícase el literal E) del artículo 29 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "E) El distribuidor minorista a través de estaciones de servicio automotriz, marítima o de aviación que previa autorización del Ministerio de Minas y Energía-Dirección de Hidrocarburos, comercialice combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo dirigidos al consumidor del sector comercial, industrial, agrícola y/o de servicios, y/o al llenado de naves, según corresponda, entregará diligenciada la guía única de transporte al transportador y por intermedio de este al usuario final, al momento de la entrega del combustible".
