Al vencerse cualquiera de las licencias o sus prórrogas; el empleado debe reincorporarse al ejercicio de sus funciones. Si así no lo hiciere, deberá justificar dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes al vencimiento de la misma, las causas de su incumplimiento, de lo contrario incurrirá en abandono del cargo.
