Art. 1.° De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la rugla 1ª, artículo 1.° de la ley 152 de 1887, las reclamaciones provenientes de suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones hechos á los Gobiernos legítimos do la Nación, durante las guerras ocurridas de 1860 á 1863 ; de 1875; y de 1876 á 1877, podrán reconocerse y pagarse sin necesidad de la formalidad del registro de que trata el decreto número 660 de 1885.
