Base De Cotización Mínima Semanal A Los Sistemas De Seguridad Social Para Los Trabajadores Dependientes Que Laboran Por Períodos Inferiores A Un Mes

Base de cotización mínima semanal a los sistemas de seguridad social para los trabajadores dependientes que laboran por períodos inferiores a un mes. En el Sistema de Pensiones, el ingreso base para calcular la cotización mínima mensual de los trabajadores a quienes se les aplican las normas contenidas en la presente sección, será el correspondiente a una cuarta parte (1/4) del salario mínimo mensual legal vigente, el cual se denominará cotización mínima semanal.

Para el Sistema de Riesgos Laborales, el ingreso base de cotización será el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
