Repealed

Art 4°. En las causas de divorcio de matrimonio católico corresponde á los Jueces de Circuito de la residencia de la mujer o de la vecindad del marido, á prevención, adoptar las providencias de que tratan los artículos 157 y 158 del Código Civil.

Para el cumplimiento de lo que aquí se dispone deberá presentarse al Juez un certificado de la respectiva autoridad eclesiástica en que conste que ha sido admitida la demanda de divorcio.
