ARTICULO 51 . Comité Nacional para el Análisis de los Mercados de Trabajo. - El Comité Nacional para el Análisis de los Mercados de Trabajo tendrá por finalidad recomendar al Ministro la proposición de políticas en materia de formación de recursos humanos. Su integración, organización y funciones serán determinadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
