Sesiones. La Junta Directiva se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez cada dos (2) meses y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por el Presidente, el Representante Legal de la empresa, o por dos (2) de sus miembros que actúen como principales. La convocatoria deberá hacerse por escrito con una antelación mínima de dos (2) días y en la comunicación se insertará el orden del día.
