Los concesionarios del servicio comunitario de radiodifusión sonora deberán prestar, en forma prioritaria, la colaboración que el Ministerio de Comunicaciones requiera para la realización de actividades de proyectos de comunicación social que dinamicen la participación de la comunidad en la solución de sus problemas, su integración en el proceso de desarrollo social y económico del país y su expresión cultural.
