Art. 2.° Deróganse la lei de 25 de abril de 1865, sobre capitalizacion de pensiones; la de 25 de junio de 1866, adicional a la anterior; la de 20 de mayo de 1870, la cual manda reintegrar a los pensionados que capitalizaron su pension un tres por ciento; i la de 25 de abril de 1871, sobre reintegro del tres por ciento a ciertos pensionados.
