º En lo sucesivo, en la reclusión de mujeres anexa a la Penitenciaría Central solamente se mantendrán las penadas por delitos de competencia del Poder Judicial; y las sumariadas y enjuiciadas por delitos de la misma competencia se mantendrán en detención o prisión preventiva en la reclusión del Buen Pastor.
