Jurisdicción coactiva. Las obligaciones pecuniarias con mora superior a ciento ochenta (180) días serán remitidas, una vez vencido este plazo, a la dependencia competente del Ministerio de Comunicaciones para que inicien de inmediato el procedimiento ante la jurisdicción coactiva para su cobro y recaudo.
