Las adopciones otorgadas conforme al derecho interno, cuando el adoptante (o adoptantes) y el adoptado tengan domicilio o residencia habitual en el mismo Estado Parte, surtirán efectos de pleno derecho en los demás Estados Partes, sin perjuicio de que tales efectos se rijan por la ley del nuevo domicilio del adoptante (o adoptantes).
