Para el desarrollo de las operaciones de intercambio mencionadas en el artículo precedente, podrán convenirse o autorizarse modalidades especiales de pagos diferentes a las contenidas en las normas generales del presente estatuto. La autorización respectiva podrá otorgarla la Junta Monetaria, una vez oído el concepto de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior.
