Podrán ejercer igualmente los colombianos que obtuvieren diploma de médicos en Facultades extranjeras de reconocida competencia, a juicio de la Academia Nacional de Medicina, siempre que comprueben ante la Junta General o Nacional que se crea por medio del Artículo 8o. de la presente Ley, su identidad personal, la autenticidad del diploma, y que este lleve la legalización del Ministro Diplomático, o en defecto de este, del Cónsul General que la República tenga acreditado en la ciudad donde se expidió el diploma correspondiente.
