Aplicabilidad del Ajuste anual de la base del impuesto predial unificado. El ajuste de que trata el artículo 8° de la Ley 44 de 1990 no se aplicará para el año en que entren en vigencia el avalúo catastral de que tratan los artículos 5° de la Ley 14 de 1983 y 175 del Decreto 1333 de 1986.
