La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, seguirá estableciendo clasificaciones de las calidades y tipos de café y podrá determinar que puedan exportarse calidades y tipos diferentes al “Excelso” a que se refiere el artículo 63 del Decreto 444 de 1967, cuando las circunstancias del mercado lo aconsejen y con sujeción a los pactos y convenios internacionales”.
