Custodia. Los valores representativos de las inversiones de los Fondos Voluntarios de Pensión, deberán mantenerse en todo momento en entidades autorizadas para desarrollar la actividad de custodia de valores, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el Libro 37 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto. Las sociedades administradoras ejercerán las actividades complementarias a la custodia de valores cuando estas no sean desarrolladas por el custodio.
