Organismos de Certificación Acreditados. Los Organismos de Certificación Acreditados expedirán los certificados de conformidad a que hace referencia el presente decreto. En lo pertinente, se aplicarán a estos organismos las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto 2269 de 1993, el Decreto Reglamentario Único del Sector Comercio Industria y Turismo, en los Títulos IV y V de la Circular Única de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio -Circular Externa 10 de 2001- y las normas que deroguen, modifiquen, aclaren, adicionen o reglamenten estas disposiciones.
