Transferencia de bienes afectos al servicio . El Liquidador deberá realizar el inventario físico detallado de los bienes, activos, cartera y derechos que tengan relación con el objeto asignado a la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural y a la Agencias Nacional de Tierras y que estén vinculados directamente con el ejercicio de sus funciones. Inventariados los bienes, activos y derechos, estos se transferirán a título gratuito, tal como lo disponen los decretos ley de creación de las citadas agencias. La transferencia se realizará mediante acta de entrega suscrita por el liquidador del Incoder, en Liquidación, y por los representantes legales de las Agencias o sus delegados, actas que serán registradas en las respectivas oficinas de registro, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
