Formarán parte de la Armada Nacional o Marina de Guerra, las naves de guerra y los barcos auxiliares que se adscriban a ella, según las necesidades de la defensa nacional. Dependerán de la Armada las bases navales, estaciones fluviales, fortificaciones de costa, flotillas fluviales, institutos de cultura naval, y todas aquellas dependencias que por una u otras causa tengan que vincularse a las actividades de la Armada.
