Articulo 1° Modifícase el Decreto número 360 de 1917, por el cual se fija el personal y asignaciones de los Territorios Escolares, en cuanto se refiere al Territorio Escolar del Caquetá, en el sentido de suprimir dos de los diez y nueve maestros, que con asignación mensual de $ 84, y de enero a diciembre, figuran en el mencionado Decreto.
