El régimen contractual relacionado con el Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido, además de lo previsto en la Ley 80 de 1993 , o las normas que la sustituyan o modifiquen, deberá observar procedimientos internacionalmente aceptados para acometer los trabajos de alta especificidad técnica de que trata la presente ley.
