La presente Ley deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto-ley 1598 de 1963 y sus normas reglamentarias y los artículos 5º, 8º, numeral 19, 9º, 25, numeral 5, 28, numeral 2 y 29, numeral 2 de la Ley 24 de 1981 .
