El personal civil afiliado a la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional tendrán sus propios escalafón y carrera, que reglamentará, por una sola vez, el Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Tendrán derecho a ser inscritos en propiedad los funcionarios que actualmente cuenten con más de diez (10) años consecutivos, y en interinidad los que lleven más de cinco (5) años de servicio, sin otros requisitos que los de antigüedad y buena conducta. Para las demás inscripciones regirán exclusivamente las disposiciones reglamentarias del Gobierno.
