Al cursante que hubiere presentado el examen de tesis se le expedirá un diploma que acredite su idoneidad, firmado por el Rector de la Facultad , los Examinadores, el Presidente de tesis y el Secretario de la misma Facultad; diploma que será autorizado con la firma del Ministro de Instrucción Pública y registrado por el Subsecretario del Despacho.
