A partir de la vigencia de esta ley quedan modificados los artículos 16 y 21 del Decreto 1228 de 1995, los artículos 29, 30 y 31 de la Ley 181 de 1995, el Decreto 380 de 1985, el Decreto 1057 de 1985 y el Decreto 1616 de 2010 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

La presente ley regirá a partir de su promulgación.
