°. Disposiciones transitorias. El actual Consejo Directivo del Icfes continuará en el ejercicio de las funciones hasta tanto se posesionen los miembros de la Junta Directiva, designada conforme al presente decreto. La Junta Directiva tendrá, además, las mismas facultades que venía ejerciendo el Consejo Directivo del Icfes hasta que finalice la adecuación normativa de la entidad a su nueva naturaleza jurídica y estructura administrativa, conforme al régimen de transición dispuesto en la Ley 1324 de 2009.
