Régimen Jurídico. Las normas de este decreto, en cuanto a la naturaleza jurídica, aplicación del régimen de derecho privado en la administración, dirección y contratación y régimen de convenios se extienden al Fondo Mixto de Promoción Cinematográfica y al Fondo Mixto Nacional de Cultura.
