ARTICULO 7 º Reglamentación contable del sistema de ajustes integrales por inflación . El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará los procedimientos necesarios para aplicar, en materia contable, el sistema de ajustes integrales por inflación. Los valores base para los ajustes por inflación, serán los registrados en la contabilidad a 31 de diciembre de 1991, sin que dichas partidas sean objeto de ajuste o reexpresión inicial en razón del efecto de la inflación que hubiere afectado su valor con anterioridad al 1º. de enero de 1992.
