° Créase el puesto de Bodeguero Celador del puerto de Ciénaga, con la asignación mensual fija de $ 120, sin derecho a cobrar extras de ninguna naturaleza, y nómbrase para desempeñar dicho cargo al señor Eugenio de la Torre, quien, antes de posesionarse, deberá prestar la fianza que le fije la Contraloría General de la República.
