Artículo único. Auxíliase al Instituto Universitario del Departamento de Caldas con la suma de seis mil pesos anuales.

Esta suma se considerará incluída en los respectivos Presupuestos, a partir de 1914, y se entregará mediante comprobación de estar establecido y funcionando el mencionado Instituto con las asignaturas correspondientes al bachillerato y a la enseñanza de Agricultura y Artes Mecánicas.
